Description
Group Leader (Direct Sales) will be responsible to manage Sales Representatives. Person should have own two-wheeler with driving licence. Group Leader will also be responsible to manage Sales Representatives assign in the specified area. Additionally, Group Leader will also be responsible to recruit new Sales Representatives wherever required to build strong sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of Sales Representatives
- Team Management
- Build new team of SR from ground level
- Meet farmers door to door visit
- Conduct farmers meeting
- Demo and sales in village areas
- Door knock
- Making new customers
- Build better relationships with customers
Base Salary
₹15,000-₹35,000 Per month
